| Seattle's premier Celtic themed running event. |
|
| |

| Held at the beautiful Magnuson Park in Seattle, the Great Kilted Run offers a festive day of fun and health. |
|
|
|
Participants of all ages can compete in the 5K
run/walk, while children 12 & under can run in the free kids dash. Everyone can enjoy the post-race festivities that include live
music, plenty of food and water, a vendor area and the beer garden for those
over 21. Although they are not required, wearing a kilt is strongly encouraged. |

| This year's 5K route will again include the "mass start" up the grassy knoll of Kite Hill with bag pipers playing by the side. Friends, family and others will be onsite to see this Celtic themed charge to the top of the hill. |

| The course will then wander through the scenic trails and paths in Magnuson Park providing amazing views of Lake Washington and the renovated park prior to returning to Kite Hill and an amazing descent prior to reaching the finish line. |
