The Kirkland
Downtown Association
is a non-profit
organization,
and has been helping
to support the
vitality of the
downtown core since
1998. There many
programs include
holiday decorating,
the Tree Lighting
Ceremony, the
downtown flower
pots, the Kirkland
Wednesday Market,
the Classic Car
Show, and
promotional programs
like the Kirkland
Nights of Shopping
and TGITh - The
Weekend Starts on
Thursday campaigns
that help support
businesses that keep
their doors open
until 8:00 PM on
Thursday and
Friday evenings. The
KDA also serves on
many committees,
acts as the downtown
Tourist office and
hosts meetings for
the restaurant and
retail owners in the
downtown core.
If you love downtown
Kirkland - then the
Kirkland Downtown
Association would
greatly appreciate
your support! They
are asking for a
minimum $5 donation
for all race
participants. This
money will go to
help support their
many campaigns and
keep a sustainable
downtown for
all of us!
